8/25/2023 0 Comments Credit one bank login bill paymentUnfortunately, I cannot request the West ***************** of ***** Vehicles to change their address requirement to meet the needs of Credit One. ![]() Even though I had sent the electric company bill as requested by Credit One, the foreign speaking representative advised me the company did not accept my drivers license. I repeated what he said to make sure I understood him and he stated that was correct. However, I clearly understood him to say the company did not accept my drivers license ID. The representative was very nice and we ended up laughing about the fact of the language barrier just before the call ended.My payment had not processed as of today, 7/27/23, so I called to ask why charges on my current card ending in **** (not the new one) was not being processed. I called a Credit One representative yesterday afternoon and struggled with understanding however, she did state there was no reason for the card not to process. They accepted my last payment on its due date of 7/18/24. The letter from Credit One also stated the new account would be closed if the information was not received by today, June 27, 2023.An order was placed with my current card ending in **** yesterday however, the charges are pending and will not process. Both addresses on the electric bill and social security document were highlighted in yellow. These documents confirm my physical address that is shown on the drivers license and my mailing address that is used for Credit One. The letter states IF your drivers license does not have your current address, to submit a copy of my electric bill.The ********************** requires your PHYSICAL address be listed on your drivers license therefore, I submitted attachment 3, the requested electric bill, and a letter from the social security office (shown on attachment 2 with my drivers license) that contains both my physical and mailing address. I submitted to Credit One on June 13, 2023, a copy of my drivers license, attachment 2, plus a copy of my AEP electric bill, attachment 3. I have notified them of fraudulent purchases 3-4 years ago, but never complained about a fraudulent application. The letter states the action was taken due to a report of fraudulent credit applications in the past. I received a letter from Credit One dated, stating my new issued credit card had been suspended due to security issues. I had to spend more of my time to research the full address. Which reminds me that the rep who gave me the email address to send the documentation gave me an incomplete email address. ![]() My account is past due and my credit is going to suffer because I have never made a late payment.This is fraud.I am also not going to spend the time and money to go to the post office to mail a copy of the payment transaction when you have the information I sent via email and I have already spent 2.3 hours of my time away from work to sit on the phone with customer service reps who will not do their job. ![]() I spoke to two customer service supervisors who claimed that a payment had not been made (the issue!). I received an email confirming that my email had been received.On 6/27/23, nothing has been done about this and I have not received the $29 late fee credit. On 6/16/23 the payment was not reflected in my account so I was told to send an email with a copy of the transaction to customer care and that the $29 late fee would be credited back to my account. ![]() On 6/2/23, I made a payment to my account ending in **** in the amount of $40.
